Cancellations:

After 24 hours, orders will be considered final and will proceed to shipping.

Return Eligibility:

All items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, free of charge.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and packaged with all original tags attached.

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support will guide you with the return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, then ship it back to our warehouse.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Defective Products and Incorrect Orders:

If your product arrives defective or your order is incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a free replacement and cover all shipping costs involved.
